Mondial Assistance Group has published 2008 results. We are proud to declare a sustainable sales growth: from 1508 million in 2007 to 1597 million euro in the year passed. Net profit of the Group has increased to 62,6 million euro (6,9 %). International team of Mondial Assistance reached number of 9817 members (9356 employees in 2007). In 2008 28 Mondial Assistance branches handled 13,5 million cases, which is a new file every 2 seconds. |

Winter tourist season preparations |

Mondial Assistance Russia is all ready for the winter tourist season. A large project on making direct (two-party) contracts with health care providers has been successfully accomplished. There are agreements with more than 400 clinics and hospitals as well as doctors in private practice now, including those operating in most popular European ski-resorts: Andorra, Italy, France, Austria. Some of the strategic providers were inspected by experts of MA Russian. Thanks to direct contracts no local correspondent is involved, which cuts claims costs and facilitates assistance. |

Contract with Rosgosstrakh-Armenia |

Mondial Assistance Russia signed a travel assistance contract with JSC Rosgosstrakh-Armenia. On 20 May 2008, Rosgosstrakh-Armenia received an Armenia Central Bank licence #0009 for non-life insurance services. Registered capital of RGS-Armenia equals 612,5 million RA drams (more than 2 million US dollars). “We are aimed at developing cutting-edge technologies and provide our clients with products and services of the highest quality. Our customers’ satisfaction with the amount of compensation as well as with the quality of the services, is essentially important for us. We have rather challenging targets to achieve within following 12 months. Rosgosstrakh’s leading positions leave us no chance to be anything but the first insurer in the country,” said Rosgosstrakh-Armenia CEO Gagik Grigoryan. Mondial Assistance was chosen for its strong reputation in CIS and worldwide. |

Mondial Assistance strengthens presence in Ukraine |

Ukrainian TAS Insurance Group and Russian branch of Mondial Assistance signed an agreement on travel assistance services. “Сooperation of TAS and Mondial Assistance is a response to a significant growth of our sales as well as to demand for guaranteed high-quality services for our customers all around the world,” said TAS MB Chairman Dmytro Hrytsuta, “We have signed a contract with a worldwide leader in travel assistance. According to the contract, Mondial Assistance Group provides insured by TAS with health care services abroad.” “In CIS, Ukraine has number one priority for Mondial Assistance Group.
